Terhaar & Cronley Development Company has established relationships with many architectural and engineering firms, giving us the ability to provide a complete Design-Build project if desired. The Design-Build delivery method allows our clients to start with a concept that we turn into a completed construction project.

Negotiated Contracts

In many cases our clients ask Terhaar & Cronley to negotiate a contract based upon a set of construction documents that are either already completed, or will be completed with our expertise and building advice. Terhaar & Cronley provides estimating, scheduling and overall coordination as a concept evolves from planning, through construction and into a completed project.

Build to Suit

Terhaar & Cronley, in partnership with Terhaar & Cronley Property Company, has the unique ability to offer our clients complete Build to Suit opportunities. The two companies often join forces to provide complete turn key projects, including land acquisition. If desired, Terhaar & Cronley Property Company can also offer leasing options for our clients who wish to pursue this route.

Community Service

Terhaar & Cronley believes in contributing to the well-being of the community and is proud to be associated with many community service projects. We have assisted with fund raising; completed projects with a donated or reduced fee; spearheaded community participation; and in some cases taken care of all fund raising and construction at no cost to the community. Terhaar & Cronley welcomes project proposals from non-profit organizations and will continue to donate construction services as time and resources allow.
